2nd meeting for partners of European project PRINTCR3DIT in Oslo
As part of H2020 project PRINTCR3DIT about custom manufacturing of catalytic reactors using 3D printing, CANOE has been warmly welcomed by its Norwegian partner SINTEF for the 6-months progress meeting. The first parts printed by CANOE and by the Spanish technological center PRODINTEC were shown. Each partner developed parts using different technologies: metallic printing for PRODINTEC, FDM 3D printing and stereolithography (SLA) for CANOE. This meeting was the opportunity for us to show our skills in the field of material formulation, in particular in catalysis application, benefitting from the adaptability of our machines.
Partners also seized this opportunity to mention the contest that will be organized in the next few months for high school and college students. This contest, with educational purpose but also a great reward for the awarded team, consists in imagining, designing and manufacturing the simplest chemical reactor possible using 3D printing. We will keep you posted about the contest launching.
